Personalized Program
Receive a monthly personal program, with access to Emily's training app. You will gain access to messaging, exercise videos, and regular training plan updates throughout the month!
Virtual Training
Connect directly with Emily 1 on 1 via zoom/skype. 30 minute consultations encouraged before beginning a program. Virtual sessions can be 30 minutes or 1 hour, and may include a consultation, nutrition guidance, or full training session.
1 on 1 In-Person Training
Meet with Emily in-person for a regularly scheduled training session. Emily is based in Studio City, Los Angeles. In-person availability is limited and price may vary depending on location.
